To add credibility to their claims, the impostors have taken to abusing the identity of the members of the management committee.
The Sandoz Family Foundation would like to clarify that it has to date not taken any such action. Consequently, the Sandoz Family Foundation urges any recipient of this or similar communication to proceed with greatest caution. The Foundation renounces all responsibility for any damage that may result from these offers for credit and financing or any other fictitious offers.
The Sandoz Family Foundation has initiated all necessary action to put an end to this ploy and has filed charges in order to have the origin of these messages investigated.
